We aim to get your order to you as FAST AS POSSIBLE!
We offer same day dispatch on all orders
Next day delivery is available on all items for an additional charge (this will be detailed at time of purchase). We use Royal Mail and other couriers for this service dependant on the shape and size and weight of the parcel.
Please Note: Delivery timescales are based on working days only. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Any orders placed on Friday after 12pm, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched by Monday (except for bank holidays).
Delays can happen with parcels as we use a 3rd party service as our courier. If the parcels have not arrived in the estimated time please allow up to 10 working days for it to arrive from the time of dispatch.
DISCLAIMER
We cannot be held liable for any delays or loss of goods caused by the courier service whilst goods are in transit as our products do not include transit insurance. If goods are lost in transit, any refunds or replacements offered will be on a goodwill gesture basis less our shipping costs. By purchasing, you accept CLICKANDDOOR will not be held liable for goods lost in transit and do not need to offer refunds covering losses.
